William C. "Bill" McMillan

William C. "Bill" McMillan, 90, of Sandy Springs departed this earthly life January 12, 2016. He was preceded in death by Mena McMillan, wife of 66 years, and his parents William Erwin and Sue McMillan. He was a proud veteran serving in WWII as an aerial photographer and turret gunner on B-17 bombers over Germany for the 95th Army Air Force Bombardment Group (H). Bill was a small business owner, but after retirement he loved playing golf with his buddies. He enjoyed coaching youth baseball and officiating High School football. He is survived by his children, Ken (Liz) McMillan, Tommy (Bonnie) McMillan, Lindy (Steve) Cain and Chuck McMillan, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several cousins. Interment will be at Arlington Memorial Park.
