Bob will always be remembered by family and friends for his great pride in his Irish heritage, his wit, his humor, his great love of knowledge, his piano playing, and the energy that he brought to any project with which he was involved. Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Dorothy Corbin Sweeney; the dear father of Mary Ann (Dennis) Dubay, Robert (Joyce) Sweeney, Susan (Art) Steele, Frank (Carol) Sweeney, Kathleen (Michael) Bulger, Maureen MacGillivray, and Margaret (James) Fellinger; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Lundquist; and brother-in-law, Joe (Marge) Dean.
