Joseph H. Tognascioli, Jr.

Joseph Henry Tognascioli, Jr. (Joe) was born November 7, 1925 in Kansas City, KS to Joseph and Lillian Tognascioli.
An Army/Air Force veteran of World War II, Joe flew 30 missions over Germany. After his discharge, he attended K State and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
Joe was married to Alice Mulligan of Omaha, NE for 62 years. He and Alice were members of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He retired from Ford Motor Company in 1983.
On Friday, January 20, 2023, at the age of 97, Joe passed away at McCrite Plaza at Briarcliff.
Preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Joe's survivors include his brother, Herschel J. Tognascioli and wife, JoAnn, his sister, Janet Boggs; numerous nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM, on Friday, January 27, 2023, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, with burial to follow in the Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City, MO. The family will greet friends at the church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to St. Charles Borromeo Parish.
