William Harry Isbel

WILLIAM HARRY ISBELL, Sr., age 90, Accountant for State of Alabama, passed away Dec. 14, 2012 at his daughter’s home in Southaven, MS.  

Mr. Isbell proudly served his Country in the Army Air Corps during World War II with the 95th Bomb Group (H) based out of Horham, England.  He flew in more than 30 missions over Germany.  

He is survived by one son, William Harry Isbell, Jr., and his wife, Nedra; one daughter, Susan Isbell Lugar and her husband, Dennis: and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Isbell.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 16th from 2:00 p.m. followed by the memorial service which begins at 3:00 p.m. at Southern Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that any memorials be made to the NICS SEED fund at www.nics.org.
