Eugene E. ``Gene'' Engelhard, age 81, of Bloomington, on April 3, 2002. Survived by wife, Rita; children, Suzanne Berry, Joan M. (Wes) Nelson, Earl (Sharon), Mary Engelhard, Carol (Bob) Shepherd; grandchildren, Julie, Teresa, Barb, Steve, Katie, Judi, Dan & Beth; great-grandchildren, Andrea & Cassandra. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 11 AM at the Church of the Nativity of Mary, 9900 Lyndale Ave S., Bloomington. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 5-8 PM at Gill Brothers Funeral Chapel, 9947 Lyndale Ave S., Bloomington, and also one hour prior to Mass at church. Prayer service Sunday 7 PM at Gill Brothers.
