William H. Harris

William H. Harris, 64, of Bradenton, formerly of Tampa, died Wednesday. A native of Sullivan, Indiana, he had lived in Tampa from 1948-80 before moving to Bradenton. He worked for Suncoast Beef Provision in Palmetto for six years and for Armour Foods in Tampa for 31 years. He was a member of the Central Christian Church of Bradenton, was a captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and was honorably discharged from the Air Force in 1967. He is survi ed by his wife, Elizabeth “Jodi”; his mother, Ruby of Indianapolis; three sons, William H. Jrl of Brandon, Richard E. of Largo and William Travis of Bradenton; two daughters, Susan H. Driggers of Dunedin and Pamela J. Harris of Bradenton; two sisters, Leah Myette of Indianapolis and Susie Spangenburg of Fort Worth, Texas; and six grandchildren.
