Joseph G. Misulich, 89, of Endicott passed away Wednesday morning, February 24, 1999 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife, Regina, in 1993. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Joseph M. & Gail M. Misulich, Apalachin; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen A. and Thomas I. March, Vestal; seven grandchildren, Robert Misulich, Apalachin, Hadrian, Aaron, Sydney, Whitney, Severyn and Mary Marsh, all of Vestal; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Frank Knapik, Bethesda, Md.; four sisters-in-law, Mary Misulich, New Jersey, Violet Misulich, Endicott, Dorothy Tollack, Endwell, Julia Tolack, John City; nieces and nephews, Msgr. Raymond M. Misulich, Marianne O’Rouke, John and Raymond Garthner, Richard and Edward Misulich, Margaret Petticrew, Marilyn Branning, Thomas and Frank Knapik, Margaret LeNard, Elizabeth Woodward, Ethel Snyder, Jerome and James Ford, Louis and Joseph Cristoff, Gail Zemba, Thomas and Barbara Cuddy, Jean Ann Hauck and Gloria Goeckel.

He was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Endicott and its Holy Name Society, a member of the Nocturnal Adoration Society, a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force serving during WW II, a P.O.W. in Stalag 17B in Germany, a recipient of the Purple Heart and several other awards of honor for his service to his country, a member of American Legion Post #758, Johnson City and the D.A.V. of Johnson City. He was also a retired Endicott Johnson employee with 50 years of service.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 10:30 a.m. from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc., 1905 Watson Blvd., Endicott and at 11 a.m. at Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home Friday from 2 to 4 an 7 to 9 p.m. The Rev. Vincent Brady will hold Parastas Services Friday 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in memory of Mr. Misulich may be made to Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church Renovation Fund, 106 N. Rogers Ave., Endicott, NY 13760.
