D.L. Fuller Jr., 73, a retired American Airlines employee, died Friday, Feb. 28, 1997, at a Terrell hospital.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Sunday at the Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point. Burial: White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point.

Officiants: Alvis Nichols and Dr. Gene Lindsey.

Mr. Fuller was born Oct. 29, 1923, in Wills Point. He retired from American Airlines after 27 years of service. He formerly drove for Ray Smith Transport Co. of Dallas. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army Air Corps, in the 95th Bomb Group, completing 25 missions. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors: Wife, Allye Fuller of Wills Point; daughter, Marilyn Henson of Commerce; two sons, Allan Fuller of Wills Point, and Selby Fuller of Grand Saline; seven grandchildren; four aunts; and one uncle.
