DE FAZIO, PETER, 75, of Port Richey and formerly of Tampa, died Saturday (Jan. 13, 1990) at Riverside Hospital. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to Port Richey in 1984. A veteran of World War II, he served in the Army for 25 years and was a member of the 95th Bomb Group Association and the Retired Enlisted Association. He was a Catholic and a member of the National Audubon Society.

Survivors include his wife, Darlene, Grandview, Mo.; four daughters, Camille Dial, Kansas City, Mo., Lucy Stidham, Grandview, Denise Munzuris, Oklahoma City, and Michele Schlesselman, Belton, Mo.; and four grandchildren. North Guardian Funeral Home, New Port Richey.
